William "Dub" Henderson McLeod

William H. “Dub” McLeod, 85, went home to his Lord and Savior on Thursday, August 19th, 2021, at Marshall Medical Center North.  Marshall Memorial Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.  A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, August 28th at Grace Baptist Church in Fort Valley, GA.  Reverend Darren Moncus will officiate.

Dub was preceded in death by his loving wife Lavonne.

William was born in Lucdale Mississippi to John Sanford and Ruby Nell McLeod.  He proudly served his country in the Army.  He was a truck driver who was living in Fort Valley, GA.  He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

He is survived by his two sons:  Mike McLeod and Tim McLeod and their families.
