He is survived by Cecelia Kay Wise; step son Christopher Neal Lang; brother Bobby Elkins; Half sister Patsy Elkins; a host of nieces and nephews
He is preceded in death by his wife Idellia Fay Elkins
Officiating the service will be Thomas William
Pallbearers will be Marty Lang, Harold Lang, Bobby Jr., Edward Warren, Mike Elkins, Larry Elkins
