George "Randy" Randall Burgett

George Randall “Randy” Burgett, 71, passed away Wednesday, October 13th, 2021, with his son Tony, his daughter in law Donna and his sister Laura by his side.  Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, October 15th, 2021. 

Randy was preceded in death by his soulmate Freida Burgett; his parents George and Wanda Burgett; and his sister Deborah Burgett.

Randy spent most of his adult life as a professional truck driver and was later joined by his wife Freida who drove with him.  They were able to see much of the United States doing this together, along with their beloved dogs who went everywhere with them.  Many friendships were made by the Burgetts along the way.  Anyone who met Randy instantly loved him, he was just that type of man.  Randy loved his family and especially loved his Alabama Crimson Tide Football Team and his friends.

Randy is survived by his children: Tony Burgett and his wife Donna; Tonya Eveland and her husband Wallace Maples; and Chris Burgett and his wife Lacey; his grandchildren: Nathan, Luke, Carlee, MaKynzie and Ashland; great-grandchildren: Bayley, Liam, and Riley; and his sister Laura Parker.
