Belinda Kaye Kelley

Belinda Kaye Kelley, 57, gained her heavenly wings on Monday, June 6, 2022.

Belinda was born on June 12, 1964, to her mother, Ernestine Phillips and her father, Leon Kelley. She was a caring and lovable woman who dedicated herself to her religion and had a passion for helping the people around her. Her guidance and love will be missed here on earth, but to know that she is in heaven with her mother, father and many more, dancing and rejoicing in eternal life brings us peace.

Belinda is preceded in death by her mother, Ernestine Phillips, father, Leon Kelley, and brother, LeRoy Kelley.

Belinda is survived by her sons Stanley Horton and his wife Cassie and Stephen Horton and his wife Brook, grandchildren, two sisters, one brother and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Stanley Horton, Stephen Horton, Josh Whisenant, Lucas Horton, Logan Horton.

Honorary Pallbearer will be Landon Horton.
