William Clarence Webb

William Clarence Webb, 80, passed away early on January 31st, 2025, with his loving family by his side. Marshall Memorial Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Graveside services will be held Monday, February 3rd, 2025 at 1:00 pm in Marshall Memorial Gardens. 

Bill was preceded in death by his devoted wife Jo Ann Webb; his son Vernon Thomas; his parents Albert and Ruth Webb; and 8 siblings.

Bill was one of the sweetest people who had a big heart. He was a great father and grandfather.

“Mr. Bill” as he was affectionately known around the neighborhood, was a kind loving man who adopted some of the neighborhood children as his own grandchildren.

Bill is survived by his sons Bobby Thomas and his wife Kellie and Billy Thomas; his brothers Carl Webb; James Webb and Frank Webb and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until the start of the service.
