Tom was a proud Navy veteran and aviation fan. Born in New York city, he moved very young to Tampa Fl. where he was raised and later returned to New York to go to high school. He later signed up and served 13 years with the Navy. That is where he met the love of his life Donna Lynn. After serving, he moved to Alabama and raised his family. He made a career in aviation at Hayes International for 12 years. Tom retired from Federal Mogul at the age of 65.
His hobbies were model airplanes, fishing, reading books, complaining about the slow drivers in the fast lane, and rooting for The Alabama Crimson Tide. Tom loved his community and family above all else.
As the rock of the family, he will be fiercely missed and his legacy is secure. He is with his bride in Heaven now and their reunion is long overdue. Rest in Peace Dad!
