She is preceded in death by her parents Charles and Edna Gaines; husband Carl Silvers; son Steve Silvers

She is survived by her son Philip Silvers (Letha); grandchildren Kelli Gaherty (Jerry), Meagan Branum (Jay), Chris, Jason, Brian Silvers; greatgrandchildren Nora and Parker Branum, Clark Gaherty
