Juanice Mozelle Franks, 81, Altoona, died Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2014.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, January 16, 2014 at Rose Road Church of God. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until time of service. Burial will be in Marshall Memory Gardens.
