Dorothy G Moore

Dorothy Moore, 74, of Boaz passed away Sunday May 9th, 2021 at Marshall Medical Center South.  Marshall Memorial Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband James Bradford Moore, her daughter Merry Ann Hood, and brothers David Gregory and Robert Gregory.

Dorothy lived in the area her entire life.  She graduated Marshall County High School in 1965, then she started work as a poultry worker.

Dorothy is survived by her grandchildren Kristina Hood and Michael Hood and and his wife Krisitin; greatgrandchildren Aaliyah Abner; Neveah Abner; JaMicah Hood and Mikayla Hood, brothers Sam Payne and his wife Michelle; Barbara Ann Woodridge and her husband Mike; Byron Payne and his wife Paula; Mike Payne and his wife Helen.

The family will hold a Celebration of Life at 3:00 pm on Thursday May 13th, 2021 at Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery.  Flowers may be sent to Marshall Memorial Funeral Home for the family.
